Job summary

Agincare Group seeks a compassionate care assistant for Chalgrove Care and Nursing Home in Poole. You will help keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming while supporting residents with daily activities.

This full-time 42-hour week role offers £12.72 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme, funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, pension, and flexible weekend shifts.

• Availability to work alternative weekend/hours
