Job summary

Agincare care home in Cheltenham is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with progression opportunities up to QCF Level 5.

You'll work 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends. The role includes medication assistance, daily living support, and helping residents stay engaged through activities, with a focus on dignity and wellbeing.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
