This role will be based at Phoenix Park Care Village, in the heart of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The Care Village has been specially designed to cater to the needs of 146 residents across three buildings on the site. Typically, our residents live with age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our caring team. Additionally, many residents have Dementia and may need one-to-one personal support to maintain their independence. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Cleaner include:

• Undertaking cleaning tasks according to the home’s requirements
• Deep cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing
• Cleaning shared and personal bathrooms and toilets
• Maintaining stock of cleaning products and adhering to COSHH controls
• Completing paperwork to record cleaning activities

What we’re looking for in our Cleaner:

To succeed in this role, you should have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference for our residents. Prior experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Our residents often live with age-related conditions, health issues, and disabilities that require respectful, dignified support.
