Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant for Kingly House in Hinckley. The role is part-time (37.5 hours per week) and permanent, working across Monday to Sunday in a hands-on housekeeping capacity to maintain high cleanliness standards in a residential service for up to 17 adults.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible of all areas of housekeeping in a ‘hands‑on’ capacity ensuring a high standard is achieved and maintained.
• Undertake cleaning of the premises, including service users areas and communal areas as designated
• Carry out general cleaning of premises including floors, sinks, toilets, wash hand basins, baths, work showers, surfaces, cupboards etc. using designated equipment and re‑stocking materials as required
• Assisting with laundry when required
• Ensure correct usage, storage and care of cleaning equipment, adhering to COSHH procedures

We'd like you to join us as a Domestic Assistant at our service Kingly House in Hinckley.

Kingly House is a residential service in Leicestershire providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy & empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you’ll be working:

• Monday to Sunday
• Permanent
• Part time 37.5 Hrs per week
• £27,719.22 FTE Per Annum (Pro rata)

What you’ll be doing:
