Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland in Falkirk invites applications for a part-time Domestic Assistant at Falkirk Community Hospital. The post runs 17.27 hours per week with Monday to Thursday 16:30–20:00 and Friday 16:32–19:48.

Duties include domestic cleaning, catering tasks and waste management. The successful applicant should be self-motivated, conscientious and flexible, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and to meet the PVG Scheme requirement.

Job description

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant for Falkirk Community Hospital and applications are invited for the following part-time post:

Domestic Assistant: 17.27hrs Monday to Friday - Monday to Thursday 1630 - 2000 & Friday 16.32 to 19.48

The successful applicants will be required to provide a high quality efficient service. This will include domestic cleaning, catering duties and waste management.

You will require to be self motivated, conscientious and must be flexible, having the ability to work with minimum supervision.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
