Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council recherche un travailleur de soutien à temps partiel pour Ythanvale Care Home. Le candidat idéal sera responsable du maintien de la propreté et fournira une assistance aux soins personnels ainsi qu'à la préparation et au service des repas. Ce poste temporaire nécessite une adhésion au PVG Scheme et a une durée maximale jusqu'au 29 mars 2026.

Salary: £20,068 - £20,240 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Position Type: Part Time

Hours: 30 hours per week

Job Description

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment and assist the care staff to provide support to individuals with personal care tasks, as required. There is also a requirement to assist with the preparation of food, serving meals and beverages.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Requirements

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
