Deeside Care Home is inviting applications for a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment across nursing and residential spaces.
You will clean residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, support laundry, follow infection control procedures and help ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
PVG check paid, pension and uniform provided; 5.6 weeks annual leave for a full-time equivalent; contract 37.5 hours per week at £12.71 per hour.

As Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment that supports wellbeing, dignity and comfort. This is a hands on role where your attention to detail and high standards will have a direct impact on daily life.
You will be responsible for cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. You will also support laundry services, helping to ensure personal belongings are handled with care and returned correctly.
Working closely with the wider team, you will follow infection control, health and safety and cleaning procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with required standards. Your role will contribute to a well organised, respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.
