Miele Australia Pty is seeking a Domestic Field Service Technician to service customers in their homes across a flexible full- or part-time schedule. You will diagnose faults, repair appliances and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an appliance engineer or appliance technician; gas qualification is desirable.
• Full training provided on Miele appliances and Immer Besser philosophy.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and a customer‑facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service domestic appliances in customers' homes and diagnose faults.
• Repair and replace components to extend appliance life.
• Promote care products and accessories to customers.
