Job summary

Miele is hiring a Domestic Field Service Engineer in the UK. The role covers field service across multiple London postcodes and Guilford. Starting salary is £37,569 with London weighting where applicable; OTE £45,281.

A progression path aims to reach up to £50,064 with bonus and commission. Flexible across 3–5 days, including condensed or part-time options. You will diagnose and service a range of premium domestic appliances, work independently, and promote care products.

Qualifications

• Experience as appliance engineer/technician in domestic field service.
• Willingness to train on Miele appliances and uphold Immer Besser philosophy.
• Gas qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service customers in their homes and diagnose/repair appliances.
• Promote care products and appliances to customers.
• Earn points through the reward platform and contribute to excellent customer experience.
