We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join a supported housing service working with people fleeing domestic abuse who may have complex support needs.
This is a community-based role, visiting supported living properties across Launceston, Bodmin and Liskeard. You will manage an allocated caseload, plan your own diary and provide person-centred support to help residents access services, maintain their accommodation and move towards greater independence.
You will ideally have experience in supported housing, homelessness, domestic abuse, community work, mental health or social care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people who have experienced domestic abuse and are working towards a safer and more independent future.
