Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse.
• Knowledge of housing management, including voids and arrears.
• Understanding of occupancy agreements.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work on your own initiative.

Aufgaben

• Assess client needs and update support plans, signposting to education, training and employment opportunities.
• Support clients with managing finances and welfare benefits.
• Encourage social inclusion and help clients build confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
• Work with agencies on behalf of clients, promoting choice and acting as an advocate when needed.
• Promote safe working practices by completing risk assessments within legislative guidelines.
