Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Network Engineer for the SITEC contract at RAF Mildenhall, UK. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting secure network architectures for dedicated national security missions.

Required are TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II, CCNA certification, and extensive VLAN/WAN/LAN expertise. The position may involve shift work to support USSOCOM objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 12 years with HS Diploma; 10 years with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• CCNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, engineer, configure, maintain, defend, and troubleshoot VLANs.
• Triaging malware, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and data networks.
• Troubleshoot enterprise WAN/MAN voice and data networks.
• Assess requirements for corporate data and voice networks.
• Monitor network performance and propose improvements.
