Job summary

Networkology in Farnborough is seeking a DV-cleared Network Engineer/Technology Consultant to deliver secure network support on site. You will act as the first point of contact for incidents, cover Cisco environments, and own cases from inception through resolution.

The role requires on-site work 5 days a week, strong Cisco skills (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent), experience with routing and switching, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, and prior experience in high-regulated

Qualifications

• Active DV clearance required.
• On-site Farnborough, 5 days per week.
• Strong Cisco networking skills with CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support, troubleshooting, and implementation in Cisco environments.
• Triaging and resolving customer cases within defined SLAs.
• Understand customer network environments to diagnose faults quickly.
• Communicate case progress regularly to customers.
• Follow escalation processes with clear notes/updates.
• Maintain and improve knowledge articles, processes, and tooling.
