VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to support major water infrastructure projects in the Anglian Water region. You will organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring access and version control across teams in Peterborough and nearby sites.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Design Teams, applying strong IT skills and time management to distribute information accurately and on time.

Formación

• Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
• Previous secretarial and/or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills including written English.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, E-Mail and Internet.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project documents and maintain document control systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Design Teams and stakeholders to ensure proper documentation.
• Distribute information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Role based in Peterborough with potential travel to Boston and Kings Lynn to support Anglian Water region projects.
