Sustainable Talent is seeking a Document Controller for a 12-month contract, primarily site-based in Aberdeen with potential North West office flexibility. You will manage large-scale infrastructure project documentation, maintain precise records and ensure up-to-date information across teams and contractors.

The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, enabling effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Document Controller on large-scale infrastructure, energy or construction projects.
• Strong document management and control skills.
• Experience managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documentation across a large-scale infrastructure project.
• Manage records to ensure information is up to date and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure document flow.
• Support site-based operations with accurate documentation and filing.
