Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Document Controller to join a fantastic building envelope specialist sub-contractor in Greater London. The role focuses on coordinating document control for technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence on projects up to £10 million.

You will maintain registers, generate reports, and ensure controlled copies are distributed to staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. The position offers a £40k–£45k salary and progression within the company.

Competenze

Experience in document control processes within construction projects.
Ability to input data into registers and generate reports.
Familiar with document systems such as Conject, Aconex, Asite.

Mansioni

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into standard registers ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Generate the various document control reports as required.
Typing of site documents and follow up of site needs.
Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are provided to staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
Keep documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody with traceability.
Maintain files and control logs as required by the project.
Monitor, upload, download and distribute project documentation on Conject, Aconex, Asite, etc.
