Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Document Controller for the Environment Division in Hampton. The role supports project teams by ensuring design and construction information is captured in our document management systems for easy retrieval by site teams.

You will drive IM compliance, liaise with H&S and Quality teams, and ensure document controls, revision status, and live design documentation are managed to schedule. Opportunities for training and system improvements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control on large projects.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint for Projects and Field View.
• IT literacy and experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is captured in company systems and aligned with BMS/IM requirements.
• Drive information management compliance on the project(s).
• Liaise with H&S and Quality teams monthly to ensure system compliance.
• Attend design team meetings to verify system compliance.
• Follow IMP and BEP workflows and ensure registers are up to date.
