Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a Document Controller for a London landmark project. You will manage project information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, with responsibility for maintaining information in the correct project system per the IMR guidelines.

You will act as the central point of contact for information and support the project team and stakeholders. The role emphasizes consistency, control and traceability from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control with understanding of management principles and standards
• Organisational/time-management skills with attention to QA and compliance checks
• Ability to create managerial reports, emails and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise all project information ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status
• Act as central point of contact for project information with the Project Team and Stakeholders
• Maintain control and traceability of documentation from initiation through to handover
