Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Document Controller in Manchester to support a leading main contractor delivering residential developments, façade and remediation projects across the UK.

You will be the backbone of document management, ensuring control, accuracy and ISO 19001 compliant workflows using VfP and Field View systems, coordinating reviews, approvals and transmittals with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with VfP is essential.
• Strong IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain VfP and Field View records and workflows.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals and transmittals with teams.
• Support project documentation processes across the office.
