You will provide day-to-day strategic, financial and operational support to the Divisional Head, removing administrative burdens and driving execution and accountability across partners and business services teams.

The role requires coordinating priority actions, managing performance, and driving integration of international growth while ensuring divisional objectives are achieved.

• Divisional Performance Management: Monitor and report divisional performance metrics.
• Strategic Plan Delivery: Coordinate delivery of the divisional strategic plan.
• Support to the Divisional Head: Prepare briefing packs, performance reports and meeting materials.
• Partner & Team Coordination: Act as the operational hub of the division and align activities.
• Lateral Hires & Promotions: Coordinate hiring, promotions and onboarding for the division.
• Business Services Coordination: Ensure HR, Finance, Risk, Technology and Marketing activities are aligned and delivered.
• Communications & Engagement: Develop divisional communications and engagement activities.
