You will drive performance, manage dashboards and board materials, and collaborate across law firm divisions to support onboarding of senior hires, aiming to improve profitability and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cycle of service line plans, budgets and reviews.
• Lead implementation, track progress, and ensure delivery within budget.
• Prepare SLH meeting materials and Board papers with relevant stakeholders.
• Commission management information and BI reports for decision-making.
• Analyse data to improve income and net margins and report on performance.
• Promote resource sharing across service lines and divisions of the firm.
• Support onboarding and integration of senior hires and changes.
