Milk Education in Manchester seeks a driven Divisional Manager with a 360 education background to lead a growing education division. You will own growth initiatives, coach consultants, and partner with Associate Directors to deliver strategic plans while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers uncapped commission, leadership bonus, and a hybrid working model, with a focus on building high-performing teams and expanding the business footprint.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Divisional Manager with experience across the SEND, Primary, or Secondary sectors, with a strong 360 education background and proven leadership skills.

This isn’t just a day-to-day management role—you’ll be a true right-hand leader, supporting the Associate Directors in delivering ambitious growth and strategic initiatives. With some warmer patches ready for development, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a team of consultants within the education division
• Drive divisional growth, performance, and profitability
• Oversee multiple 360 temporary desks while supporting team billing success
• Build and maintain senior client relationships across schools and education providers
• Act as a strategic partner to Associate Directors on growth initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to reach their full potential
• Create and execute strategic plans for business expansion
• Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
