Operam Education is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant (level negotiable for experience) to join our West Yorkshire team. You will manage your own education recruitment desk across Primary, Secondary or SEND, building relationships with schools and candidates while delivering temporary staffing support.
The role offers office-based hours in a 360-recruitment capacity with a clear pathway to targets and uncapped commission, contributing to education continuity and school communities.
