Job summary

St. James's Place seeks a Divisional Director for Third-Party Products and Services to lead strategy, governance and development of non-investment offerings.

You will set direction, oversee tender processes and ensure client outcomes and regulatory compliance across markets. You will champion collaboration with advisers, providers and internal teams, translate business objectives into priorities, and drive value for Partners and clients while upholding rigorous governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing propositional strategies across regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory rules governing products and services distribution.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and guide the strategic direction for the non-investment third-party panel of products and services.
• Conduct tender assessments of products, services and providers on the panel.
• Monitor regulatory and competitor developments to improve the panel.
• Provide oversight as Consumer Duty Outcome Owner for the Chooses Products and Services outcome.
• Coordinate governance, due diligence and development of non-investment third-party products and services.
• Ensure alignment with target market needs and fair value.
• Collaborate with proposition leads to align strategy and client outcomes.
