Job summary

St. James’s Place Cirencester is seeking a Client Operations Oversight Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid role overseeing outsourced administration (SS&C) for products like unit trusts, ISAs, pensions and bonds, ensuring high-quality service, SLAs and governance compliance.

You will monitor performance, manage incidents, and collaborate with internal teams and the admin provider to drive improvement and positive client outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment with risk, governance and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced administration services within a product area, monitor service delivery and KPIs.
• Manage incidents and remediation activities and build relationships with internal stakeholders and the admin provider.
• Provide input to governance meetings and support service improvement initiatives.
• Make risk-based decisions on discretion requests and drive client outcomes.
