Opaa! Food Management is seeking a Director of Nutrition Services to oversee the school district's child nutrition program, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Director serves as the liaison between Opaa!

and the district, driving efficient production, strong relationships, and staff performance. The role requires leadership, HACCP knowledge, and a focus on cost control, quality, and customer service, while aligning with Opaa!'s core values and state/federal guidelines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; USDA/School meal program familiarity preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant food service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily production of school nutrition programs and ensure food quality and safety.
• Monitor records, meal patterns, POS data, and compliance with state/federal rules.
• Lead kitchen staff, schedule, performance management and employee relations.
• Manage budgets, labor, and food costs; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Foster client relationships, reporting to district and Opaa! leadership.
