Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe, therapeutic patient care environment.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Leads daily operations and production for Nutrition Services across shifts.
• Plans and administers fiscal year goals and service quality improvements.
• Oversees staff training, performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Develops department-wide goals with leadership and implements approved policies.
