Argos is seeking a District Manager to lead ~16 Store Managers across London and surrounding areas, providing daily coaching and operational guidance to drive performance. The role combines field-based leadership with remote support, focusing on customer experience and KPI delivery.

You will champion operational excellence, ensure process compliance, and play a key role in shaping how we serve customers while balancing field activity and store visits.

Qualifications

• Essential Criteria: customer service focus and placing the customer at the heart of decisions.
• Demonstrates impact on KPIs and business performance.
• Importance of building relationships and prioritisation for best results.
• Experience in managing ER cases; ability to lead managers, remotely is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of around 16 Store Managers and be the operational expert.
• Provide hands-on support and daily coaching to boost performance and KPIs.
• Work as a field-based leader with on-site presence and remote coaching as needed.
