Slimming World in the United Kingdom is seeking a District Manager to oversee the North Scotland, North Wales/Cheshire/Wirral, and Northamptonshire/Leicestershire regions. The role is field-based with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and requires diary management to meet business needs.

You will lead consultants, coach and develop teams, and foster a culture that values people and delivers results.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience leading large teams.
• Coaching and developing consultants to achieve goals.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
• Effective communicator with data interpretation skills.

About the role…

We’re delighted to share a number of exciting District Manager opportunities in the following areas:

• North Scotland
• North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral
• Northamptonshire and Leicestershire

This is a field-based role requiring flexibility, with variable weekly hours including regular evenings and weekends. You’ll manage your own diary to meet business needs.

You’ll develop the district through exceptional support to everyone in your care and…

• provide strong leadership, direction, motivation and inspiration to Consultants.
• empower, coach and develop Consultants to achieve their goals and grow their Slimming World business.
• create a culture and environment that values our people, drives results, success and retention.

About you…

You’re an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.

You’re also:

• a caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
• highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
• confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
