Job summary

Consult, a leading dental imaging and diagnostics technology provider, is seeking a distributor network leader to own and grow its in-country partnerships across the UK. This channel-first role focuses on coaching distributors, setting up agreements and driving sell-out performance.

You will forecast, manage onboarding, and coordinate marketing and field service teams to expand coverage while maintaining strong relationships and delivering measurable growth with minimal risk.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in dental sales, ideally with IOS/imaging experience.
• Experience handling indirect channel distributors.
• Consultative sales approach.
• Ability to translate complex tech for distributors.
• Proven track record of growth targets.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple relationships.
• Enjoy coaching and training others.
• Fluent English; MS Office/CRM experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of distribution partners across the territory.
• Set up distribution agreements and onboarding processes end to end.
• Write account development plans with marketing, sales specialists and field service, then drive them.
• Run regular business reviews with distributors to push sell-out performance.
• Protect and grow share of wallet through lasting relationships.
• Own forecasting with funnel reviews and CRM discipline.
• Address live opportunities with distributors and coordinate promotions or discounts.
• Monitor distributor inventory and sell-out, not just sell-in.
• Feed into local commercial strategy with regional and global leadership.
• Coach junior sales team members and coordinate specialists in-country.
