Job Description:

Hain Celestial is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor and a Distribution Deputy Supervisor at our Clitheroe site, where we manufacture traditional hot puddings under our Farmhouse Fare brand and private label puddings. The successful candidates will carry out daily distribution duties and report to the Senior Distribution Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all load sheets, stock sheets, and paperwork are correctly filled out
• Complete all distribution administrative tasks promptly
• Manage staff rota (hours, holidays, sick leave)
• Attend daily management meetings and update the department
• Coordinate with production to ensure stock is ready for dispatch
• Liaise with delivery drivers for loading/unloading
• Load/unload vehicles and check stock
• Manage team effectively
• Support senior supervisor in managing the effluent plant
• Deal with contractors
