Farnell, an Avnet company, is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for our Distribution Centre at Logic Industrial Park, Leeds 9. You will lead, coach and develop production operatives, ensuring efficient packing, shipping and stock control in a high-service environment.

We seek a people-oriented leader with experience in distribution or warehouse settings who can build strong relationships, drive continuous improvement and foster a positive, safe work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and coaching teams.
• Experience in Distribution or Warehouse facilities.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing, shipping, receiving and order fulfilment.
• Manage stock handling, storage and inventory control.
• Lead day-to-day employee relations within your area and coach production operatives.
