Job summary

Lodge is seeking a proactive Security Officer to protect staff, stock and premises in Eastleigh. You must hold a valid SIA license, have a UK right to work and a 5-year history, and be confident delivering professional customer service on site.

Shifts are Mon–Fri 07:30–14:30 and Sat 08:30–11:30, with distribution security experience essential. You will work with management to maintain safety and act as a visible deterrent, upholding Lodge’s standards.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA license and UK right to work with a 5-year history.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication on site.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to follow procedures.
• Able to operate computers and security-related software.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock & premises.
• Prevent theft and maintain a visible deterrent presence.
• Work in partnership with management teams.
• Deliver professionalism and customer service on site.
• Conduct gatehouse duties and monitor visitors.
