Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking a Security Officer to join its AdHoc team to protect staff, customers and stock across various retail locations. You will deliver high-quality customer service and act as a visible deterrent while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires an SIA license, a UK right to work with a 5-year history, and the ability to follow procedures under pressure. Expect to work across multiple brands with flexible hours and client-specific pay rates.

• Full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
