Job summary

Lodge Service in Wolverhampton is seeking a flexible Security Officer to join our AdHoc team. You will work across Wolverhampton and Dudley, covering a range of retail clients including Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker and Cineworld.

Expect variable pay by client from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour with demand-driven shifts. A valid SIA license, UK work rights, and a customer-focused, professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA License.
• UK right to work with 5-year work history.
• Customer service skills.
• Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.
• Retail security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock and customers.
• Prevent theft and report incidents.

Ad Hoc Team Requirements

• As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team, you will be required to have full flexibility (including weekends) and the ability to travel across Wolverhampton & Dudley areas.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
