As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager involves:

• Leading cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental aspects.
• Implementing change to foster a safety-first and improvement-driven distribution culture.
• Ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries.
• Enhancing employee engagement across the site.
• Managing the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks, and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure confidence in service delivery.
• Upholding statutory compliance and governance, including O licence regulations.
