As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:

• Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while delivering safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
• Implement cultural change within the distribution operation, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
• Accountable for exceeding on-time and in-full delivery targets.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities seized.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure confidence and satisfaction in service provision.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including upholding the O licence.
