As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence, utilizing continuous improvement and lean methodologies to eliminate waste while focusing on Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental sustainability.
• Lead the cultural change within the distribution operation, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
• Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met.
• Improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are capitalized on.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence in service delivery.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including the maintenance of the O licence.
