As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Responsible for fostering a culture of operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating losses while ensuring Safety, Service, Cost efficiency, and Environmental sustainability.
• Implement cultural change towards operational excellence with a focus on safety and continuous improvement at all levels of the operation.
• Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are capitalized on.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and quality of service.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O-licence requirements.
