As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager involves:

• Leading cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
• Driving change in distribution culture with a focus on safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
• Ensuring targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are exceeded.
• Enhancing employee engagement across the site.
• Managing the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks, and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure confidence in service delivery.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and governance, including maintaining O licence standards.
