As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:

• Responsible for cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental aspects.
• Lead change initiatives to enhance safety and operational improvements at all levels.
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are met.
• Improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure confidence in service provision.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including the O licence.
