You will drive service excellence, manage 24/7 shifts, and influence strategy with Directors while delivering against throughput targets of 25,000+ daily and a workforce exceeding 250.

The role requires a decisive leader with excellent communication, resilience and a strong passion for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large, fast-paced, 24/7 distribution centres.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams of 250+ staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day depot operations and depot P&L management.
• Drive Health & Safety, security, productivity, transport and cost targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team and liaise with senior Directors.
