ITAC Solutions in Birmingham is seeking a Distribution Associate for a hands-on warehouse position where your work helps keep operations running smoothly. You will be part of a fast-growing team with an engaging culture and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, pulling and staging orders, loading and unloading trucks with proper equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Teamwork and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Willing to perform physically demanding work.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks or ability to learn.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting inventory and fulfilling orders.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and installation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep daily warehouse operations running efficiently.
