We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Distribution Centre!
The Operations Assistant supports the smooth day to day running of warehouse and operational activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities include investigating stock and delivery discrepancies, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating Direct to Store (DTS) deliveries, monitoring outbound shipments, and ensuring products are processed and delivered correctly and on time.
The role also involves monitoring product shelf life and stock rotation, managing write offs and returns, maintaining operational supplies and stationery stock, and supporting general warehouse operations including stock control, inventory management, administration, and KPI performance.
Working closely with the wider operations team, the Operations Assistant will help maintain a safe, organised, and productive working environment while contributing to operational targets and service standards.
The ideal candidate will be organised, hands on, and detail focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is essential.
