Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats international recherche un avocat spécialisé en résolution de litiges pour renforcer son équipe. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement de l'infrastructure de connaissances de l'entreprise, collaborant avec des équipes juridiques à l'échelle mondiale pour garantir que le contenu légal soit à jour et accessible. Un minimum de trois ans d'expérience en litige est requis, avec un fort intérêt pour la technologie juridique et l'innovation.

Qualifications

• Avocat qualifié avec environ 3+ années d'expérience PQE, idéalement en litige.
• Solide compréhension des litiges, expérience BVI un plus.
• Compétences rédactionnelles et de communication exceptionnelles, approche proactive.

Responsibilities

• Rédiger et maintenir des précédents et des notes d'orientation.
• Surveiller et interpréter les développements législatifs et jurisprudentiels.
• Concevoir et dispenser des sessions de formation sur les évolutions juridiques.

Knowledge Lawyer – Dispute Resolution | Remote/ Global

An international law firm with a strong offshore presence is looking for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic, cross-border role supporting legal excellence and innovation across multiple jurisdictions.

? About the Role:

Its an exciting position where you'll be at the forefront of developing and managing the firm's knowledge infrastructure for BVI dispute resolution matters. Working closely with partners and legal teams in locations such as Hong Kong, Jersey, Guernsey, and London, you'll ensure legal content is up-to-date, practical, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain precedents, guidance notes, and client briefings.
• Monitor and interpret legislative, case law, and regulatory developments.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across global litigation teams, aligning knowledge strategies firmwide.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on legal developments and internal resources.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline document production using cutting-edge tools, including AI.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing, and IT to ensure legal updates and resources reach the right audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified lawyer with approx. 3+ years' PQE, ideally in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Solid understanding of litigation – BVI experience a strong plus but not essential.
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a proactive approach to legal knowledge.
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in innovation and legal tech solutions.
• Experience with legal KM systems (or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area).
