Qualifications

• NQ to 2 years' PQE is acceptable.
• Comfortable using practice management software such as Actionstep or Advanced Legal.
• Excellent attention to detail given compliance-critical nature of work.
• A confident communicator, liaising with clients and third parties.
• Willing to work flexibly across nearby office locations.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing clients and assessing legal problems, with flexibility to meet at offices or client premises.
• Advising on costs and ensuring funding is in place.
• Conducting legal research and drafting papers.
• Briefing barristers and preparing for hearings.
• Attending and representing clients at hearings where appropriate.
• Maintaining files to the required compliance standard.
