Job summary

Gerrard White in Maidstone seeks a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to broaden their caseload across property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and related contractual issues. You’ll work across West Kent offices with a supportive team and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• NQ to 2 years' PQE in dispute resolution.
• Experience with property disputes beneficial.
• Attention to detail and compliance-focused work.
• Strong communication with clients and third parties.
• Willing to work across offices in close proximity.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing clients and assessing legal problems, with flexibility to meet at any office or client premises.
• Advising on costs and ensuring funding is in place.
• Conducting legal research and drafting papers.
• Briefing barristers and preparing for hearings.
• Attending and representing clients at hearings where appropriate.
• Maintaining files to the required compliance standard.
