QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor for a Reading-based role in a top-tier Legal 500 firm. The successful candidate will handle a broad commercial disputes caseload and work alongside Partners and senior lawyers.
You will contribute to client relationships, advise on complex disputes, and support the growth of the department within a renowned regional practice known for its high-quality work across multiple sectors.
Competenze
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation.
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Confident drafting clear, commercially focused advice.
Mansioni
- Own matters and manage a caseload independently.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Collaborate with Partners, Senior Associates and fee earners.
- Support the growth and profile of the Dispute Resolution department.
