Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Reading is seeking an experienced solicitor to run a commercial dispute resolution caseload, build client relationships and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives.

You will supervise and mentor junior lawyers and help win new work, collaborating with other teams across the firm. A solicitor qualification in England & Wales and 6+ years PQE in dispute resolution are preferred.

• Solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
• Ideally 6+ years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong analysis and commercial awareness.
