Sellick Partnership is working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading, seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. You will work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on a wide range of high-value disputes, across sectors including financial services, automotive, FMCG and logistics.

The role offers hybrid working, potential for future partnership, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Supervisory experience and/or client following desirable.
• Potential for future partnership for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of high-value disputes including professional indemnity, construction, shareholder disputes, insolvency, fraud, IP and international arbitration.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior colleagues to deliver City-quality work from Reading.
• Support business development and nurture client relationships for growth.
